We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper with automotive dealership experience. You’ll work closely with our Office, Sales, and Service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings prior dealership accounting experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Handle deal breakdown and registration processing
• Book in new and used vehicles
• Process titles
• Process bank deposits, deal funding, incentives, and rebates

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively across departments
